
Brad Boyd is an attorney and partner in the Bloomington law firm Thomsen Nybeck. He has successfully formed and managed several companies, including the law practice he merged into Thomsen Nybeck in 2006 (Boyd Law Firm, PLLC), as well as a real estate brokerage company (Full House Realty, LLC). He is a frequent lecturer for real estate continuing educatoin courses, and he has been quoted in and published in publications ranging from trade journals, to the Star Tribune, to the Wall Street Journal's RealEstateJournal.com.
Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Augustana College, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Brad's law practice focuses on assisting real estate and business law clients (both individuals and companies) plan ahead, manage risk, resolve problems, and have successful transactions. Where litigation is unavoidable, the firm of Thomsen Nybeck offers a full complement of general practice attornesy with expertise in civil and criminal litigation.
Recognizing the importance of family, contribution to community, and pursuit of interest outside of the practice of law, Brad has served on various non-profit Boards, and positions of leadership, including past positions as the Minnesota Association of Realtors Forms Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee Chair, leadership within the Executive Committee and Board of Diretors. He has additionally served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Renewable Energy Society.
