Seminars:

Brad has been the presenter for Continuing Education Courses ranging in size from 40-200, throughout the state of Minnesota.  He has taught both CE for real estate agents/brokers, as well as CLE for attorneys.  Brad teaches courses both individually, as well as courses that have been co-taught with other attorneys and professionals.  Course topics include:

  • MNAR Forms and Contract Issues
  • Broker Management and Risk Reduction
  • Agency
  • Legal Issues Confronted in the Real Estate Brokerage Marketplace
  • Effectively Managing Foreclosure and Short Sale Transactions
  • Fill in the Blanks: A Guide to the MNAR Purchase Agreement and Addenda

Brad teaches continuing education courses and legal update seminars regularly for the MNAR (Minnesota Association of REALTORS), and for various local REALTOR associations.  Please contact Brad if you would like to invite him to present a course for your association.

Brad also regularly conducts smaller seminars/courses for real estate brokerage companies, particularly those who would like a Q&A session to review MNAR forms and related contract matters.  This allows a smaller and more interactive setting so you have an opportunity to raise individual questions and have a more hands-on and thorough discussion.  If you would like to have Brad speak to your brokerage or group of agents, please call or email to discuss fees and availability.
